Privacy policy

Betreiberdaten fehlen noch. Setze KONNECT_LEGAL_NAME, KONNECT_LEGAL_STREET und KONNECT_LEGAL_CITY in den Umgebungsvariablen (z. B. Vercel), sobald dein Gewerbe angemeldet ist. Vor dem öffentlichen Launch solltest du die Texte von einem Anwalt prüfen lassen.

2. Data we process

• Account: email, password hash, display name (Supabase Auth)
• Site content you create and publish
• Analytics on published pages (views, link clicks)
• Email marketing (Premium): subscriber data with consent
• Payments: billing data via Stripe (no full card numbers stored by us)
• Shop: order details, buyer contact, shipping country when provided; download delivery via signed links

3. Processors

• Supabase, Vercel, Resend, Plausible (with consent on marketing site), Stripe

4. Shop orders

Order data is stored for fulfillment and shown to the seller in Hub → Shop. For buyer data on a creator's sales page, the seller is usually the controller; Konnect acts as processor for hosting and checkout technology. Sellers should link their privacy policy in Hub → Shop → Settings.
